Our High School Diplomas come with the High School name of your choice as well as Transcripts that contain four complete years of coursework from Freshman year to Senior, with a GPA of approximately 3.5 on a 4-point scale. Be sure to add City and state of your High School (after High School name on the order form) so that we can properly craft your documents, including getting the correct address onto the transcripts).

Our Diplomas and Transcripts are meticulously crafted for realism. Our High School Diplomas contain a gold-fused seal of the High School you choose, and Transcripts that contain an additional embossed Office of the Registrar seal at the bottom. We print using professional Laser and Color Laser printers for all Diplomas and transcripts. Foil-Fusing Technology allows us to transform any Diploma Seal into a Gold-Fused Seal for a very realistic diploma. Our Diploma parchment is 167-lb/m2 Ivory Cream. The back of the transcript contains the Transcript legend or key indicating a break-down and meaning of the grades, credit hours, and points and descriptions of various other aspects of the transcripts. Diplomas are standard issued size of 8.5" x 11".

DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPTS PRODUCTION PROCESS.

1. Once your information is submitted by you it is sent to our Production / Research Department. During this time our staff completes research of the school you chose and finds the correct layout from our expansive collection of school diplomas and transcripts. They then enter the information you submitted on the diploma and transcripts and triple check that everything is correct and the layout is perfect on all documents.

2. Our Printing department then receives the file and our staff sets up our computers and document equipment with the files that were sent to them. All necessary ink, paper, seals, etc. are obtained and assembled to the exact requirements that the Production / Research department sent.

3. After the Printing department has finished the Diploma and transcripts they are sent to our Quality Control department. Our staff examines each document for any errors and they also double check the information provided by the customer is correct and entered correctly. When this process is completed and each document passes our QC department the set is sent to our Shipping department. This is where our staff double packs your diploma and transcripts in Priority Mail boxes. The boxes are then hand delivered to the local Post Office and a text is sent to you with the tracking number.

This is also why we say within 10 business days but most are completed in 5 - 6 business days.
