- Standard Custom Production: Orders are hand-proofed, aligned, and manufactured within 2 to 3 business days once all customer-submitted data fields are verified.
- Same-Day Rush Processing: Available at checkout for urgent timelines. A dedicated design manager is instantly assigned to prioritize your document layout layout.
- Daily CEILING Limits: To maintain strict quality control and exact craftsmanship, we intentionally restrict our facility schedule to processing a maximum of only 5 custom orders per day.
UPS Trackable Delivery Protection
- Discreet Packaging: To protect absolute client privacy, all orders are shipped completely flat inside rigid, unmarked, heavy-duty cardboard mailers or Priority boxes. The brand name "Diplomas USA" never appears on the exterior.
- Real-Time Tracking: Automated tracking numbers are generated and emailed directly to your inbox by UPS the exact moment your package enters active transit.
- Carrier Terms: Once a shipment is in the possession of the carrier, transit delays due to weather or courier routing disruptions are the legal responsibility of UPS.
- Reprint Courtesy: In the rare event of severe transit damage, our standard policy is to promptly reprint and reship your package with a signature requirement at no extra cost to you.

Because every single academic certificate and transcript ledger is completely custom-built using specialized commercial systems, no changes or order cancellations are permitted once payment clears and processing begins.
