- Errors Made By Our Team: If Diplomas USA makes a typographical or layout mistake on your documents, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will immediately reprint and reship a corrected item entirely free of charge.
- Errors Submitted By The Customer: If you notice a mistake that you accidentally entered during checkout, please notify us within the same 14-day window. Correcting customer-submitted errors will require an additional materials and production fee.
- The 14-Day Deadline: To protect client privacy, we enforce a strict resolution deadline. We will not correct any errors, issue reprints, or modify files once 14 days have passed from your delivery date. [1]
